Been talking pictures. Here is a video test. .mp4 video upload Using Safari on OS 10.11.1 which is ElCapitan which has issues with many other pieces for software

How large was that attachment that failed to load and what sort of internet connection are you using?

Picture was 5311 x 2988.
The sunset I was trying to upload from tapatalk orange.
Went to 40% then stopped.
I took a screen shot and it would not post either.
So I went to old frf app "green" and they both uploaded immediately.
4G full bars.
WiFi makes no difference.

I can upload pictures all day long from web browser and old frf app.
they upload immediately.
Frf tapatalk not at all. "Orange" app.
Does that help
