Click on theUser CP on the green bar near the top of the page, and then click on "Edit Your Details" on the next page.

After you go to the User CP as mtnguy said look at the top of the left hand column.

At the very top of the page there is a forest scene. The green bar is about 1" below it. It says Portal, UserCP, Files, FAQ, etc.

Actually, you can do it on your iPhone. Using this thread as an example: The second line down from the top is "Editing Profile >". Tap there and it will take you to the forums in a browser where you do have the UserCP button.
