Not sure what you are using to access the forums.
If you're using a PC or a tablet in full site mode there is a green
bar near the top that says User CP Library FAQ Community etc etc. near
the right end it says Quick Links.
Click that and the bottom choice is "Your Posts".

As others have pointed out, the fast way is to select the quick links dropdown box near the top right hand of any FRF page. Now on the options, select 'your posts'.
Here is pic below of it that KyDan was referring to:
Right beside the quick links to the left, is a 'search' dropdown box. You can also just as easily click on it, and then will have the options to click on your posts as well as threads started by you.
