Forum updates this weekend!
I wanted to let you know about some changes coming this weekend.
The forum is getting a small make over that will update the look a and help mobile users in particular as it should speed load times. You will notice in particular that the top of the forum will look a bit different but the function and layout of the board will remain unchanged. Here's a preview:
.
We also have a special treat in store for the Phat Phrogs... more about that soon-ish

Can you double the length of the Recent Discussion list?
We have a very active forum and have users get frustrated when they get shuffled off the list without replies.
I can name another similar forum with a longer list that is fairly convenient.

There are some options available already that may help but we'll give this some thought:
1. the portal page: Home
2. under the quick link drop down a link to all recent posts (called todays posts): http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...archid=2878984

What I like about using the "Today Posts" option is that I can see which forum the message is posted in.

The information is sure to be a great update. The link(s) provided don't seam to work for me. I can navigate to the new post link, however I think it would be great to have a thumbnail or link to new daily postings. In that the only threads showing would be the items for that day? Don't know how to do it just thought it would be helpfull if possible. Thanks

Have you tried switching from linear mode to either threaded mode or hybrid mode? Look for "Display Modes" option in the green banner right above the first post.

Please try hitting F5 to force a hard refresh on your browser. If that does not fix it, any way you might be able to post a screen shot so we can see what you see?

Just my observation, it looks better, but is much slower loading and refreshing.
