FRF Decal/Placard

Since this forum is growing would it be possible to develop some sort of decal/placard that members could place on their RV to let other FRF members recongize them at CG's, fuel and rest stops etc.

Perhaps the device could be made so it could be easily removeable/reafixed if the member so desired.

Just a thought.

Yes I was thinking that when I posted it.

Does anyone know how and who to contact to see if it possible?

On the subject of being able to remove them if wanted, They make a static material for window decals which can be applied and removed and reapplied. Something to think on.

I think it's a great idea too. I really like the window cling approach.

Since I was the one who posted this suggestion, I wil be the one to recap the response to it so far - Out of the 8 posts, 4 have been in favor of it and the other 4 nave been mostly suggestions on how to fix the placard to your RV and then remove it when you want to.

I thought it is a good idea and am prepared to forward it to a responsible person associated with this forum if enough people here wisn me to do so.

If so, then let me know. If not I will never bring it up again.

I will investigate costs associated with this proposal.

How much would folks be willing to pay for a generic sticker?
I would HATE to be stuck with a couple thousand stickers no one wanted.

I made one some time ago and it is still in our camper's window.
I printed it with my inkjet printer and added my "handle"

Then I laminated it with an 8.5x11 sheet of laminate and scotch taped it to the glass.

I forget who designed it. I think I would change the blue stream as it looks like a giant blue snail.

Any artsy types out there want to take a hack at it?

I think this is a good idea, maybe Forest River could donate the funds as would be a tongue - in - cheek add for them.

Static Window Clings, Glass Clings

$57.87 each. How many do you guys want again?

Something about 1/2 to 1/4 that size and I'm still interested.
