FRF Slow on Windows 10
I am in IT and for my home workstation I built a new PC, a Windows 10 Professional box. All of my websites come in fast but FRF seems to be very slow on IE11 and Edge. Running the F12 debugger I see the ads that come in really slow the site down because of the malformed scripts in the ads.
I have tried Chrome but it is also slow. My work Windows 7 machine is fast but Network Security blocks ads coming in.
What are other users seeing with their Windows 10 PCs?

It's not just a Windows 10 thing.
Use a a browser with an add-on like Adblock Plus.

Running windows 7, 8.1 and 10 here and the site loads about the same on all machines, running explorer 11 and chrome.
But as far as this site, compared to others.
How fast does forestriverforums.com load?
Slow (2.541 Seconds), 72% of other sites are faster.

My experience for this reply.
Running Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast Track*with AdBlock.* Used the*daily email link to open this message and noticed that ABP*blocked 2 ads. Site was slow and required a refresh before completing the load.

Who's really in a hurry reading forum pages anyway? Slow down, have a coffee, do some reading and enjoy all of the zillions of annoying ads. I'm in Canada, they haven't invented hi-speed internet up here yet. So now you will have a little taste of Canadian life as well. It's all good.

For a time my computer would freeze on FRF. I am using windows 10, chrome or edge. Has not happened recectly and I got no response when I started a thread to see if others where having the same trouble. I figured it was just my computer.

Home PC running Windows 10 is fine.
Samsung S7 with Android 6.0.1 not so much. Since about last Friday, when using the Android browser and trying to scroll down through a thread it locks up. Have to refresh to get it to scroll down a few more posts, then it locks up again. Appears to be ads trying to load. The ones that appear between the posts. It has to be FRF as any other forum or website is fine.

Running Windows 10 Home edition using edge and chrome. No problems at all with FRF. I did get rid of a lot of Windows 10 issues when it was my turn to install the anniversary update
