"Name change generally refers to the legal act by a person of adopting a name different from their name at birth, marriage or adoption."
I wasnt born yesterday, am not a polygamist, and my parents still claim me as one of theirs. All of that said I am respectfully requesting my name be changed to PineForestCamper. Thank you.

I think what happened is the name in your first request looked like "Jean/WaltSure", but we can change that again no problem.
Do you want "Jean/Walt" or "Jean & Walt"?
Your choice as both are available.

In my hastily type profile, I left an "i" out of my username... It should have been APRider instead of the APRder that I got.... DOH!! would you be kind enough to insert an i for me ????
