Yes, you can change all of your profile stuff like that yourself:

On the full site, click on the "user cp" tab in the top toolbar.
Now select "edit your details" on the left hand side below "your profile"
Scroll down and change the details you wish and then click on the "save changes" at the bottom...which you must do to save the new stuff.

Get on the full site. Click User CP (User Control Panel) near the top.
Down the left margin, click Edit Email & Password. Follow all instructions including SAVE if it asks.
