Tim, I can only grant this username change if you can explain exactly what a Nittany Lion is, without googling it. If you don't know this by heart, then you can't hardly be considered the #1 fan and we'll have to omit that part.

Come on now, it's actually an interesting story.  I had a Penn State guy sit next to me at an airport one time who explained it to me. It made me look it up, to read about it.

Yeah well it's a mountain lion that supposedly use to roam around Mt Nittany, a nearby mountain that is visible from Beaver Stadium (football stadium).
