Mitch if you are speaking about the battery charger it is located in the cargo bay where the main power cable is where you plug into campground. This charges your house batteries.
If you are talking about the device that converts DC battery power to AC power that may power your refrigerator if it a residential type then that is located outside below the refrigerator in the cargo box.
You may have to remove a black plastic cover that is located at thte top of the cargo area.
