iPhone Mobile Interface - First Unread Post in Thread?
On the computer, on the "New Posts" page, there is a link that takes me to the first unread post in the thread. It's this one: It's helpful.
Does this same link exist on the mobile browser interface? I touched a bunch of things but nothing seemed to work the same.

Not the app, the Safari/Chrome browser interface.

There is. Using the Blackstone grill thread as an example, I clicked Last Page, and when the thread opened, on the far left side was option to view first unread.

It used to work that way but when the software was downgraded again a few weeks ago the good interface disappeared. Looks like this now:-
Notice the new ads showing up. This site really needs to change the software they use.

Here’s the mobile version of the thread view:
However, to save you a click - use the "down arrow icon" from the new posts page to go directly to the unread posts. It'll save you a click.
The problem with the phone and my big ugly thumbs is it's hard to hit. That's why a direct link on the mobile page would be helpful. Something designed for big dumb thumbs.

Ok, so it isn't me.
Site Team/Social Knowledge/Janet H- is there a way of adding what I'm asking for?

Doug, I use Firefox on my iPhone (yes, plenty of us still use iPhones) and tap into the full site. I use Tapatalk for posting pics. Now and then I use the green FRF app BUT I don't even know how to get to what you're seeing. When the log in stuff changed, I think I saw what you're seeing ONCE and then it was gone. I was disappointed for 17 seconds until the current full site appeared. So............. I dunno.

Hey now, I'm an iPhone user too.
The funny thing is, this mobile interface showed up after the login stuff- you're right about that. I'm not actually against it, if Andy/Janet/team can add this one feature.

Re: iPhone usage --- I was responding to 007matman's comment.
I'm just wondering why I saw something like this only once and never again AND what I did to ditch it.

Very bottom left of the page. Little box says "Forest River v2.0" with a drop down arrow to select the mobile site.

Hey, thanks, Squirrel!
... and I knew that once, I think or maybe not. I have a vague memory of it or was that a memory of a ripe watermelon on a hot July day.
So, Doug... the right pointing arrow must take us to the last post in the thread, not the 1st unread post, right?

The iPad works just fine. I use Safari and have an icon on the home screen that opens safari and goes directly to a list of all my subscribed threads. That still shows, iPad or iMac, the the sideways arrow for any threads with unread posts. But, since the last change the iPhone display is unacceptable.

Why do I see an April Fools joke coming out of this in a few months?
