Keep getting logged out

I seem to have a blind spot. I can’t find a button to keep me logged in. Is there a button that one can “click” to keep logged in? Is it the remember me at the login screen? This is irritating when I finish a reply or trying to start a new thread when I click post and it comes back “Sorry you’re logged out” and my verbiage is gone!

I clicked “remember me” as I had to log in again earlier. I’m hoping I can get an affirmative answer, or now that I clicked remember me I don’t get booted while I’m reading bouncing around on various threads.

Are you using laptop , phone or tablet
and what browser are you using..

you may have to check your settings on the DEVICE to make sure you can stay logged in
Password manager
Cookie settings
Security Settings

In the mean time.....
compose your thread / reply
COPY ... it to your clip board before submitting

If anything goes wrong you can simply use PASTE

I’m on an iPad. I clicked the “remember me” when I signed in and have been logged in since. If that ceases to work I’ll walk through your suggestions.

I’ve been out mowing and got to thinking I didn’t give you a complete/good answer to your questions.
I’m on an iPad mini 5
Browser Safari
Cookies accept/ask. Dump when logging off site or closing browser (I seldom close, just put to sleep)
Password manager - I use apple password manager, some site auto, some manual
Security set high but not high enough to be a big pain

This is the only site I get logged off of if I’m “lollygaging” on a thread. When I remember I do copy what I’ve typed in case I get logged off - sometimes I forget. When I left to mow I put my iPad to sleep on the charger and just back to it I was still logged in to this site - not booted. I had clicked the “remember me” button last I got in. It appears the “remember me” keeps you logged in. On other sites I thought that bypassed the need to re-enter password - maybe that’s the clue
