Same. I'm getting regularly logged out even with "Remember Me" being checked.

Log In Issues

I try once and it says I have exceeded a limit and have to wait 15 min. Then repeat several times. I use a password manager and I am copying and pasting pw. Finally got laptop and phone working. Now fighting w iPad. Why is this so hard?

Yeah, they've got big problems. Previously I never had to log in again, but now most every morning I have to go through the login process again.

It's about to cause me to "forget it" and move on to other RV forums. That "Remember Me" box is there for a reason...or at least SHOULD be.

Reminds me of all these apps that force updates on you, then you have to re-learn each and every new nuance they've added.

What's the old saying...if it ain't broke...

Count yourself fortunate. Every time I have posted...I get kicked out and have to log back in.

IRV2 uses the same platform as Forest River Forums, and I have zero problems on their site. It's got to be some "tweak" FRF has done on their end that's causing some people problems and others no problem.

Are you logging in with your email address?
Do you have the keep me logged in box checked under the password line?
This message is a response to your post made today where you say you can only read and not post so a little confused.

I just tried to log in and it accepted my email address and password but then demanded my Jayco forum password. I don’t recall ever being a member of the Jayco forum.

To clarify the above...
I received an email and clicked on the link to read and respond. That took me to the FRF website which is where I experienced the above.

I then switched to the FRF app on my iPhone to post the above message and this one.

Additionally, I also experience the failure of the “remember me” feature to remember me.

Yeah this really sucks. I just got logged out in the middle of my comment. Plus the site is really slow now. You guys really have to do something. Maybe get a couple of Amish Techies to help you.

Janet,

No PM, I will apologize to you publicly. Seems like I was wrong about the Jayco forum. Sorry about that, the hassle and the aggravation. I ask for the mercy of the court. My sincere apologies. I was looking at Jayco products back in 2015.

But why when using my iPhone do I have to log into the Jayco Forum if I want to respond to a post in the FRF forum? I am writing this on my Apple iMac and had a seamless log on.

Also, the message offers the option to reset my password. Is that for the Jayco Forum or the FRF forum?

Thank you,

Bobby

Bobby - The login accounts for these two forums have been combined. You will use the same login for both boards. FRF and the Jayco site are all part of the RV LIFE network and we are tying to make a unified login so that folks can more easily access CampgroundReviews.com, RV Life and their favorite RV forums. You can change your login combo or e-mail address but it will change your access at all these sites at the same time.

Are you saying that I can't use my existing FRF login info because the Jayco forum does not accept it even though the two are now combined? I am confused.

Especially since I can log in without any grief on my computers and the FRF app.

I have the log in problem only when using and iPhone or iPad.

Since I do not know my Jayco password I assume I will have to get a new one. Can I use the same password as I am using for FRF or will I have to generate a new password and then use that for all of your sites? That would be an inconvenience.

You can reset your password here at FRF here: https://www.forestriverforums.com/fo...o=editpassword

or I can help you (send me a PM). You'll need to logout of the app and then log back in again after that and you should be able to get all this synced up.

Let me know if I can help.
