Since 2 weeks or so I am not able to use the right 1/3 of the ipad 2 screen while in "landscape" position. This applies only to the forest river forum app and not at any other app.
Turning the ipad upside down it is the left 1/3 of the screen and so on.
Thanks for the hint. But it does not solve my issue as by using this tip it is the top 1/3 of the screen that "freezes". I will watch the thread to advised me.
X2. I had to shut down my ipad and after restart I run the FR app in portrait mode and it seems to work now even in landscape mode for the whole screen.
X3. It's kind of annoying. The app still works on my I phone ifi I'm on the I pad I just go to the full site and don't even deal with the app yes I know first world problems

Yep the latest update to the app software messed it up for the IPAD. I too have just gone back to the web version. I liked the app, but it now not useable.
As a general fact all apps that use this software have the same problem with ver 1.60. I belong to a number of forums that use the same software and need to start them in portrait mode.
Well, it looks as though the iPad orientation problems have been fixed with the latest app update that I have just installed. Thanks for working on this, no more frustration and having to rotate the ipad to change pages every time I use the app.

Looks like this new update did the trick for me too. I find having this app very handy.

Dump the FR App. Just go to the full FR web site (forestriverforums.com). You can then bookmark it or set it as a button on your home screen. Many people have had issues with the app. I use the full web site with o problems.
