On the tapatalk or green app, at the login screen you tap the three vertical dots and it will have the forgot password option.

Here are some screenshots using the Android version of the green fr app and/or the Tapatalk version of same. Notice the three vertical dots in the top right hand side of log in screen. Tap on these to get the forgot password option.
