OK, this user is still awaiting confirmation of their email address before being completely registered. The email used for registering is a yahoo one (if that helps) You may want to check the spam folder and see if the confirmation email got put there..

That's what we suspected - it was quite a while ago that he registered, can that registration email be resent to the same address? Also, I just found the contact us button on the full site (not seen on the mobile site). Would it be better if he used that?
