new stabilizer Jack problem

Put new stabilizer jacks on the rear of the tt 2 weeks ago. Left to go camping and when I got to the campground the nut for the Jack was missing. Quick remedy at the campground I used a socket wrench to lower and raise the Jack. Is there a fix for this or will I have to replace the Jack? Take it back and get a new one? Bought them at camping world.

Mine have a thrust brg and a flat washer on both sides of the thrust brg and a hex on the end. I would take them back and ask(demand) a replacement jack.

This looks more like the original that I still have on the front.
