That's the one we've been trying to point to.

If none of these work then I'm totally out of ideas.... someone smarter than

Those work on android app. Thanks Dan!

Hmmm, then maybe we shouldn't mention the amount of Bob's also on the site team.

Unfortunately I've had three hard drives fail, one on a desktop and two backup hardrives. I still backup at home and on the Apple cloud. I've also had photos on Photobucket since 2005 not sure what the answer is.

Then how would I post/share pictures on other websites that don't have picture storage capabilities?

And.......I'm not on Facebook, never have been. Don't use it. BUT, how do you post pictures there???

I back up my system every couple of days so I really not that worried about losing a pic or two. Later RJD

I post on a lot of different message boards and they all have some sort of upload option to post pictures. Facebook does as well.

Then I'm open for instruction. The ones I use require you to have the picture "on the web somewhere" and reference it.

Not sure how to post on those sites without a Photobucket or similar. Having it solely on your computer is useless for those sites.

There are also other photo hosting sites besides photobucket.

Just a few that I know of are flickr, imgur and google photos. I don't know how they compare as I don't post/share many photos.

Yes, thanks. I'm looking.

Photobucket is the only site I've found that allows resizing inside the site. AND, they already have thousands of my pictures. But yes, we're all going to have to move. I've 'predicted' a competitor or two to show up soon.............

I just tried to post some pics in a three through tapatalk and got an error message stating there was a problem and to contact us. The contact us link opens an email to tapatalk support stating that "the JPEG image has the incorrect file extension". Is this related to the change made due to the photo bucket snafu? I tried posting the same pic on three other forums I frequent using tapatalk and had no issues.
I use iPad and iPhone and tapatalk.

I'm sorry you are having trouble. Are you using the FRF app or generic Tapatalk?

Can you please make sure it's updated top the latest version and then try again?

I use tapatalk for this forum and 5 others. I have no idea what you mean when you say frf app. It is the newest version available. Version 6.5.8 dated 16 July 17. Trying to post a pic just now resulted in exact same results I described earlier.

Forest River Forums has two mobile apps. One is a standalone product, that is often referred to as the green app.

The Tapatalk app, and it's frf associated feed, is usually referred to as the orange app due to the default color.

Both apps function similar since the green app was modeled off Tapatalk app, but have a few differences.

Here are some screenshots of both.

Photobucket images - not for forum use

Ok. I was unaware there was an frf app. Next time I will say Tapatalk orange.
I'm still unable to post pics to this forum using orange.

OK, let me look at that. The two screenshot pics posted above were posted from the FRF green app

OK, when I initially used the tapatalk (orange) app to post the screenshot in the post above, when I used the pic upload icon, I got an error message. I then used the attachment icon (paperclip) and was able to upload the pic.

However, when i went back to try again, the pic upload icon worked.

Try the paperclip icon and see if that works currently for you. You can see it in my screenshot below on Android. iPhone could be different.

I tried both ways. Same result. Can I send you the screen shots to your email? I still have it.
