This just happened to me. A net search on this issue pretty much shows that this is an ongoing issue with "tapatalk itself". No issues with website, just the tapatalk based app.
Would be nice if it could get fixed. Found posts dating back several years complaining of this problem that seems to come and go.
Interesting how the pictures show in the post summary but when looking at subsequent posts any pic's added show the broken link icon.
