If you're using Chrome which is a browser, you are looking at the full online site. You are not using an app (either the FRF app from the Apple store or Tapatalk from the Apple store). I have no problems using the full online site on my phone or my laptop. It's the downloaded FRF iOS app on my iPhone that doesn't have a pic insertion icon.
Turning my phone horizontal doesn't fix this issue.

That is exactly the reason why I don't use any apps for any online forums.
Well, this whole thread has been about the app, not the full website.
Personally I stopped using the full website when the green app came out and like it much better.
