Problems logging in from home

Greetings all,

Hoping someone can help me with a small issue.

I have a laptop that I use at work and carry home with me every night.
When I am at my office (where my public network is comcast) I have no problems logging in to the forum.

When I am at home (same computer, but my ISP is at&t wireless) I can not log in to the forum. If I enter my credentials, it acts like it is logging me in:
  • I get the "Logging you in, click here if it takes too long" screen" which goes away on it's own like normal.
  • I see my username at the bottom where the usernames are listed.

However, I can't access the usercp or post a message.

Usercp just does not show up.
Attempting to reply to a post gives me the "too many redirects" error.

I googled and found where other people have resolved "too many redirects" by clearing cookies. Tried that several times, no success.

I have tried Chrome, Windows 10's browser (Edge?), and Firefox.

Other possible factors:
  • I access the forum on my phone using tapatalk.
  • My home internet is wireless 4G (the only internet I can get where I'm at other than satellite, don't get me started on that subject.)

Any ideas? Using the phone is great when the War Department has me at the mall shopping or something but I'd really like to use my laptop when I'm home.
