Profile picture

I've tried numerous times to upload a profile picture with no success. The ones I've tried are well within the pixel and memory size. When I go to edit profile picture, it shows it, but then says upload failed...any suggestions?

Are you perhaps meaning an avatar (which would be the Chicago Cubs smiley under my username), which is often confused with a profile pic? This thread may help.
