Swipe your screen to the left and close that menu. You should be on the list of subforums then. tap the magnifying glass at the top once, then twice to get to the keyword search.

There used to be the search in the left menu.
It would search the whole forum, as opposed to having to go to a sub forum, then searching that forum.

I can't remember if there was or wasn't, as I've used the tapatalk app so much more than the green FR app.

Each has it advantages and disadvantages, as well as some like one over the other.
I guess it's like why is there Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer?

I primary use my iPhone for reading the message board and the search option is no longer there either... Like KK said, you could search the entire message board (as opposed to choosing individual forums/categories) and there was also filter you could apply as well. Hope it comes back!! 😢
