Posting issues

I’ve made 2 posts and I’m having these problems.
1. Pictures are posting sideways, how do I rotate them?
2. Where do I add my truck and trailer specs so that they show in my posting?

For #1, it is an issue with this site that they refuse to fix for some reason. It’s been reported for the better part of 5+ years.

For #2, on the website go to “User CP” and then “Edit Signature”. Here’s a direct link:

There are ways around the photos posting sideways. Here's a thread about it.

It's really a problem with Vbulletin which is the software the forum is built on and they have no plans to fix it. To fix it on our end it would require moving the entire site to a new platform which is absolutely not an easy thing to do.

It depends how you hold your phone when taking pics. May have to take pic horizontally verses vertical or you can down load to a computer and then use auto correct. Later RJD

Pic problems

Thanks for the quick reply. I posted a request for help last year, same problem and was told that ...it happens. Someone from Admin corrected my profile pic.
I do not have an orientation problem when I send pics on em or txt.

Sideway Pictures?

Could the administrator fix the problem with the pictures turning out sideways after being posted??

I used to be a moderator on a tractor forum, so I know it can be fixed… It makes it hard viewing pictures!

Thanks!

May to be unique to your posts or web software -- I rarely if ever see "sideways" photos here.

I wish it was that easy.
The current software does what it does.
We hope some day an update might fix it but so far no joy.
IF I post fotos from my CAMERA they are fine.
If I post fotos taken with my phone they are liable to be sideways.
It seems to depend on if I hold my phone in the portrait or landscape position.

I have to stick them on my desktop computer and open them with just about any foto program like MS Paint for example and just save them under a new name.
When I post those they are correct orientation.
BTW this has been discussed a LOT. It's a known issue.
Happy Friday!
