Site Posting Question

WHY DOES FOREST FORUMS HAVE A LINK THAT SAYS " POST" ?? iT IS SO DIFFICULT FOR A NEWBY TO POST

There is a link at the top of every forum saying new thread. To reply to a post there is a link at the top of every thread saying new post or you can type in the box at the bottom of the thread and click post quick reply.

I see the post reply button but I don't see the new thread button. I have seen it as I started a new thread in the past but the button is gone and I don't know how to get it back. Am I doing something wrong or am I on a page that doesn't have it? I want to post a question in the Dynamax group of threads but the button isn't there.

If you're logged on and you go to the Dynamax sub-forum ( here ===> Dynamax - Forest River Forums),
you should see this
just above this Threads in Forum : Dynamax.
