strange side bar ads

am I the only one getting this on my ads between

Evidentially the site IT dept. has not found or fixed the problem yet.

I use "ADD Block" and don't have any issues.

Chinese ads thread.

It is believed the ads you see at any given time have to do with your internet history so if you looked at something in China or purchased something from EBay or Amazon that was from China (light ropes are often a culprit) then these ads pop up.
