I scrolled to the bottom of the new post page and noticed it says the time is gmt-7 hours (mountain time) and shows the correct mountain time. Well I am in the pacific time zone so I checked the time and date settings in the user portal and it is set to pacific gmt-8. I am guessing that all post times are always mountain time.

Just to see what happens I changed my time setting to mountain gmt-7 and at the bottom of the page it changed to central gmt-6. On my rvi2 page since it is the same setup shows correctly at gmt-8.

Well, I learned something new today.
While my date and time is set for the Central Time Zone (which is where I'm located) under UserCP, my time at the bottom of the forum showed an hour ahead. I had to set it to 'automatically detect dst' to get the correct time.

Aren't computers fun?
That is funny since if I turn off the auto detect it corrects mine and changes the gmt to -8 which is correct for me. Turn it back to auto and back to the incorrect time and -7.
