Time On Forum is Wrong - How Do I Correct It?

I see by when I submit any posts, that the time the post shows as being sent is 5 hours different from my local time. Is there a way to fix this somewhere?

Click "User CP" at the top, then click "edit options" on the left. Scroll almost all the way to the bottom under Date and Time Settings. You can pick your time zone there.
