URL issue
I don't know how to find the URL of a photo on my computer in order to post it. I thought I could just select and upload, but the forum asks for the URL. Excuse my computer ignorance but how do I find the URL of a stored photo?
Thanks

If using a desktop the photo has to be on the web already. You can link to a photo stored elsewhere on the web, such as Amazon, Google Photos, etc. I upload stuff into a personal album on the site, first, then link to it.
If using the phone app, you can upload photos directly by taking a picture with your phone. It's much easier.

I use the web browser on my iPad. To add a photo from my iPad, I click the paper clip icon above, click the Choose File button, find the file, and hit upload. Go back to the reply window, and finish your message.
If you are unsure whether your file was uploaded, scroll down to Manage Attachments. You should see a file name there.

Open your recently received Welcome PM, click the link to Forums 101 and follow the instructions in post 7.

That is an easier approach. I've always clicked the picture icon.
For the benefit of the OP, the paperclip icon appears only if you click the "Go Advanced" button, first.

The paper clip icon appears when I hit the Reply or Quote buttons. It is only not available when I use the Quick Reply box.
