User name and password

Ok now I've gone and done it. I always use my iPhone for the forum, never the computer. For the past month I've not been able to open every thread- half of the time the site closes. So I thought
I'd close the forum and reopen it because on the phone I click on the icon and it's automatically open (never closes). But I can't remember my user name or password. So Mr Admin could you send me the username and reset the password? I will of course reset the password once I can get into the forum again. Thanks...and I'm sorry to be such a bother. This time I'll put the information in my spreadsheet of stuff I'm not supposed to forget.

I even have to sign in when I get emails from here, so don't get on as much as I would, sometimes just changing pages requires sign in. Doesn't matter which computer I'm on. Haven't been able to reach a moderator. Lacy&Dee

Big Lacy- when you sign in check the little box next to your username that says keep me logged in. That should help keep you from having to log in repeatedly. Oh and to reach a mod you can private messages or use the report button on one of your posts (it is the little triangle icon on the left with the exclamation mark in it).

Good feedback. In BIG LACY's post the part about the email has me confused.

I think the email is the email updates set in their preferences.

Thanks but, I've tried all the possible ways to fix these problems, this morning my email was about this subject but still have to sign in to get email message, also after I sign in, it took me to a server who also wanted me to sign in, after which, I was informed I was already a member, and took me back to the original sign in. After several attempts, I gave up. Now ( later) I finally am on. Help! Lacy&Dee
