Website Ads vs. Bug Fixes

Rather than new ads, it would have been nice to see the image handling on the forum fixed. While upside down and sideways campers are exciting from a physics perspective, it's annoying.

But, I guess more ads = more money = fixes coming eventually?

Especially if you end up offering a paid version that hide the ads.

Is it me? Or do the new ads just feel really intrusive? Like they mess with the flow of reading posts on the site and the bottom overlay one takes up a huge chunk of real estate when I'm my phone browsing the site.

Anyone else?

You're right about the bottom one. It's very annoying.

using my phone is impossible for me and even my 9" tablet is not good... I HAVE to use a 15" laptop and ADBlock Plus is very helpful... does not block all ads but helps for sure

You can always close the ads if you like.

There are ads?

I run uBlock Origin (free) and have never seen one on my Windows 10 laptop.

Ads? What ads?

I use Firefox with NoScript and no ads come through. I also use Adblock Plus

Unfortunately it became necessary to block everyone that has commented on this long before it was posted so I am signing off.
