Where is the new thread option?

I'm new here and I am trying to post a new thread in one of the forums but when I go to that forum there is no option to post a new thread. What am I missing?

I found the new thread option for this forum but I can't find the new thread option in the forest river faq's forum.

FAQ... thread is locked so that certain people can start a thread.


if they let everyone start a thread there chances are the new thread won't be... Frequently Asked Question

If that is a typo, and you meant to say FAQ, then as Aussieguy pointed out you cannot add/reply to threads there.
