Autumn on the Cullasaja River - Video

Spent some time exploring around Highlands NC. This was at the height of the autumn leaf color.

Glad you all liked it. Yes, I filmed and edited it. Documenting nature is what I do for fun.

Natureman, outstanding job. As someone who also loves landscape photography I truly appreciate the excellent job you have shared with us. If you don't mind - what equipment was used?
Thanks for sharing your work.

Hi Gilm, thanks for the nice comment. I sold all my pro video gear when I retired and am now using a Panasonic GH4 camera, with Panasonic 14-45mm and 45-175mm zoom lens. I have an Olympus 60mm macro lens for closeup work. This is a very lightweight kit that allows me more flexibility when hiking to various scenic sites. I also use a Benro S6 video tripod and an Ifootage shark slider to add camera movement.

Thanks Natureman. I am shooting a Canon 5D III, but I have never explored video. Your work is inspiring and thank you for the music reference. I along with my local photography club is always looking for a good music source.

Great job Natureman. I love the photography and the music. Obviously you are a professional. I can't remember why I left North Carolina. I ride my horse 20 miles through the Arkansas wilderness every weekend but nothing touches the mountains of North Caolina in October. Thanks for the moment.

Thanks for the references Natureman. I viewed some of you other videos on Vimeo. Congrats on a very strong portfolio. You need to visit Idaho!
