Completely uncalled for. I can't believe how many are getting upset when a mistake is pointed out. I can see if 67L48 told me that my 5er on my sign is not centered, which it isn't. That's not a big deal. But if I used incorrect punctuation, I would prefer that someone point it out to me so that I can correct it. It is OK, everyone makes mistakes. 67L48, feel free to pick apart my thread all you want, I may learn something.

Whew! I just checked our sign and there’s no apostrophe. What a relief. I guess the guy in Myrtle Beach knows his shtuff.

Here is an Etsy site that lists lots of different options for wood signs.

JG Wood Signs

People/Companies advertise via ebay.

This seems like a mom and pop shop.

And my recommendation is to find someone who uses beetle kill pine. For those unaware, in the western US and Canada, the pine beetle is killing off hundreds of thousands of acres. I don't want to turn this into a beetle thread, though. The point is that these killed trees are being reclaimed and used. The pine wood has a unique look due to how it was killed and an industry has sprung up around using this wood for tables and other decorative pieces. Anyway, I think it looks quite nice.

This place has a Colorado theme, but probably could do other stuff.

I think the signs with some 3D art on them look nice:

These signs are beautiful! Thanks for sharing them.

That’s who made my sign. I think he was a fireman as his handle was along that line. Unless I’m just dreaming. It could happen.

I don’t mind the mass produced ones the first was picked up at the Hershey show when we bought our 5th wheeler. We couldn’t find the table this year so I just googled it. You can ask and create it more when you order and wait so this is the one for our motorhome

Every year our TT during the month of August is bombarded by acorns. 2 weeks ago I drove to our seasonal site and the weekender across from us said "Welcome to Acorn Alley" and proceeded to say the acorns fell all night. I told her she was lucky she didn't have to sleep in the trailer. The following day DW and I went and had a sign made up. Hope the weekender doesn't get upset we stole her greeting.

Some of the CGs we go to in the winter have crafts type people staying there and they do signs. Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach has one. CG we stay in Alabama has someone that makes some really nice walking sticks.

We had one made in Gatlinburg when we visited the smokies a few years ago. Had a shop about half way up the hill on the right hand side of main street. Ordered one day, came back and picked up about 2-3 days later. If I recall, was about $40.

Nice wood sign, stained and painted and then a couple coats of polyurethane. Has held up well for about 8-9 years now.
