Awesome pics Ruben. How was attendance at the park last fall? That park is really crowded during the summer... maybe a fall trip is the ticket!

We actually just got back from a 2 night stay this past weekend after picking up our new Puma 23FB. It was VERY PACKED on Saturday. Friday not so much. But it's mostly packed with Day Use visitors. After about 7pm the park starts to slow down. The nightly dances are nice etc. we had a good time but Late October - Early November is the time to go for peace and quiet and relaxation. It was not packed at ALL and the park feels very different. The only other thing is in the fall they don't have the dances, miniature golf, kayak rentals nor paddle boat rentals.

We went in early spring, but stayed across the river. Neither place was packed then, and the Frio River was a might bit chilly. But it was still a great time. Hiking over at Garner is pretty awesome. The Frio River is a beautiful place.
