We are home now after the trip. We stayed Mon-Wed @ Powhatan State Park, then Wed-Fri @ Pocahontas State Park.
Pocahontas had more bike trails and hiking and was very quiet. We were on site#75 and had a little privacy. Go to the "First Watch" restaurant/cafe not too far from there. The "Lemon Ricotta" pancakes were incredible!
Also, there is a great winery about 3-4 miles from the park (Spring Run Vineyards), and that was nice. We're going to try Shenandoah, soon!

This is Albert’s Landing near Kingston Idaho located on the North Fork of the Coeur d’alene river. This area has 100’s of miles of forest service roads and trails to atv on, the river for fishing, kayaking and tubing and close access to a bicycle trail. Lots to do. We rode 35 dusty miles to get to this remote airstrip located up in the mountains. No idea why it was put here but it hasn’t been used for many years as it’s very potholed. Home now but had a fun trip.

Still on our tour of Pennsylvania State parks. Chapman State Park, Site 32, handicap Accessible blacktopped, near bathhouse.
30 amp electric, called “modern electric camping”, no water or sewer. Has a dump site and potable water fills throughout camp. No cell or TV reception. Near Bradford PA, home of Zippo and Case knives. And Kinzeua dam, great boating area.

Salt Forks State Park Ohio
At Salt Forks State Park in south eastern Ohio. Mostly electric sites some full hook ups. We’re on site F 32 it’s a nice large site. There was a bigfoot siting in the park back in April.
