Looks like I didn't post pics from my stay at Disney's Fort a Wilderness.

Not a bad site- easy to park (which was good as we got there after dark; those 16 mile drives can be killer). Good shade all day. But, pretty sparse with privacy between us and the neighbor.

After Disney, we went back to Thousand Trails Orlando. Going there in the winter is such a day reunion of friendships. We stayed up and our way too late each night we were there.

I wasn't crazy about our end site as it was a little more exposed to the roads than I like; but we barely spent any time outside at it.

Camping and Woodturning in Florida. What could be better?

Enjoyed 3 days of Woodturning demonstrations, hands-on classes, vendor expo, and an incredible "Instant Gallery" of remarkable works from Woodturners all over Florida at FWS2017 - Lake Yale, Eustis FL. Jan 27-29

Looks like a great place nc-canuck. What spot is that? We're wanting to book there sometime in the near future.

We are in "M" loop site 341. Great view of Stone Mountain out the back window or sitting outside in the zero gravity chairs. Several great sites here. Our favorites are sites
- C loop - 20, 20A, 20B, 85, 87, 89, 91, 93
- M loop - 335, 337, 339, 340, 341

Absolutely love the Windjammer. It is the 3029W. Bought it in Aug 2015 and camped 15 nights. Took it to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone last summer and had no problems on the 7900 mile round trip. The layout is perfect for us. The F350 SRW has the 6.2L v8. which can haul up to 12,000 lbs. The windjammer UVW is 7751 lbs. Only complaint is lack of outside storage but the F350 has the long bed so plenty of room to load up chairs and bikes and firewood etc.

Other than Stone Mtn itself, what else is there to do in that area?

Only reason we are looking at the 5th wheel is easier to tow and much more storage I have a SB Crew Cab Diesel and price difference isn't much bc Windjammers are almost as much as 5th wheel we are looking at
