No sewer but 50amp electricity and water were both good.

Otherwise, it was pretty cozy with its neighbor. For friends camping together, it’d be great.

Photos look great. I just booked an overnight stay on site 68 for our trip from Disney to the Smokey Mtns (Anchor Down). First time for us staying in a State Park. We typically stay away from State Parks as many don’t have sewer hookups but since we are only staying overnight figured we will be fine.

Spent East (A bit late at posting) at Frontier Town in OCMD. Had a good time for sure. Even adopted a new trailer cat.

I love seeing all the campsites!! They are so different than what I’m used to here in Ca. I need to get out more!
I also wish we had a “like” button on the forum like we have on my tortoise forum.

I just want to camp. I reserved a site and took and extra day off to make it a long weekend, but the weather continues to not co-operate.

Due to 40mph sustained winds and 70mph gusts with possible hail and tornados I am now not leaving until tomorrow. When picking the trailer up I was getting blown all over the place so I will delay for safety reasons. There is still a chance for snow on sunday but maybe I will just extend my stay another day.

It sucks but here is my site in the driveway for another day...Click image for larger version

I have had a few windy pulls with our 33’ travel trailer it was much worse feeling than going down/up a steep grade

Cross Country Trip

We are a bit past the halfway point on our SoCal to DC to WDW to SoCal trip. Here are a few of the campgrounds we have stayed at. They are, in order, Grand Canyon Railway RV Park, Tucumcari KOA, Anchor Down RV Resort, Oklahoma City East KOA, Cherry Hill RV Park, and Fort Wilderness.

Nice. Did not know that. This is our 2nd time here. Came down last fall and loved it. This trip has been just as good. We will be back.
