Our site at Roan Mountain State Park looks a little different in 2018!

We are in Myrtle Beach, SC. Mighty cold here for SC. 28 now, up to 35 today and maybe snow on Wed. A bad day camping is better than almost anything else[emoji2]

We're at John Prince County Park Campground in Lake Wr ago we just heard Air Force One take off with POTUS inside. Too bad it's cloudy and we could not see. DH is mowing because the park's manager retired and the new one is just not getting the job done. It is mowed once every 6 weeks, a few of us campers got little electric ones for Christmas

Yessir! The low last nite was 7 and by the time we pulled out to head home at noon it had warmed up to 11!
Only to come home to a balmy 23 here on the coast!!

We camped at Laura Walker State Park near Waycross, Georgia over the weekend with my BIL and SIL We both got sick, which put a damper on the festivities. It is a beautiful park and we will go back one day. Now back home in Florida and expecting below freezing temperatures for the next four nights. Also might see some snow on Wednesday. If it had been two or three degrees colder today we would have seen snow. It drizzled the whole way home.

It got down to about 28 at night and warmed up to the mid 50’s. Not bad

I’m so glad we went further south in Florida (we are in Pompano Beach)! Supposed to be cool but not bad the next couple of days.
