2002 26' Sunseeker info requested

Hi All-

We are looking at a 26' 2002 Sunseeker MH today and are really excited! Not too excited though...... I thought I'd reach out and see if people have any feedback on owning this or similar models. The price is good, actually he has listed it as "make an offer, books at $13K". Actually it books at $11-12, but most listings around here are 2x low book. We've done a ton of research on how to inspect one, and what to look for. It has about 74K miles on it, and he has rented it out. As far as I can tell the rental was on the up and up with insurance and maintained to reduce his liability. The dash brake light sticks on, which may or may be an issue (serviced and no one could find problem) as searching the web brings this up as somewhat common and often with insifnificant causes. Still, one thing to look closely at in a prepurchase inspection if we get there. There is a chance he's got a small side business of renting RV's as the photo had another one next to it. Single owner, which is good, but he hasn't kept maint records which seems to possibly contradict managing liability for rentals.

This unit has more miles than we'd like, but is the newest unit we've seen even close to our price range. I found one listed in Texas at a dealer for $12,500 and sold. Likely a dealer didn't get that asking price from what I understand on how this pricing/negotiating works.

Thoughts, recommendations on things to look for?
