2500TS VS. 2290S Purchase Advice

Hi,

New to this forum, and new to MH in general. We are (ex) boaters and are transitioning to cruising on land. We have been seacrhing for a MH in the 24 to 26 foot range and think the we have narrowed our choices down to 2, both are private party:

2014 Sunseeker 2500TS, 4500 Miles. We like the low miles, unit is in excellent condition. Asking $49,900

2016 Sunseeker 2290S, 22,000 Miles. We like the newer model year, also in excellent condition. Asking $55,000

Both are on Chevy 4500 Chassis, 6.0 L

We like the fresh water and holding tank capacities on these models. Just wondering if there is anything in particular that we should look out for on either model, or if there is some advantage to one over the other. I'm not crazy about 3 slides (2500TS), but it does make for a lot of room when parked. Low miles on the 2500TS is very appealing and the owner indicates that he's driven the MH once a month as well as run the generator twice a month for 1/2 hour under load.

Any input will be greatly appreciated!
