A122 Values

Good morning all. I have a 2011 Rockwood A122 I want to sell. Anyone know of a resource I might use determine a reasonable asking price? We bought it new, have only taken it out three times and it is in like new condition. Thanks for any tips.

That is a good question, I have trying to sell my 13 21Fbrs. It seems that noone wants to pay anything close to want the TT is worth. I have gotten plenty of offers but most are $4000 less than what it is worth.

See If you can find out what wholesale is on the nada commercial site, a dealer will go 25% off of that for trade. So if wholesale is $20k, take 25% off that is $15k. Any damage will probably knock another 15% off. So anything more is better than what a dealer will give you.

Ps. This is straight from my dealers ( one of the partner owners) mouth. - ive become good friends with both of the owners of the dealer I use, I actually do side work on their vehicles and such, so I have no reason not to believe them.

You might want to post this question in the A-Frame sub forum. Several members in there have same model as you & might be more aware of the market. Irregardless of its near new condition, it is unlikely you will get close to what you paid unless you got a terrific steal (deal)at time of purchase. I would plan on no less (rock bottom, if sale is a MUST) than 30% less what MSRP was at the time.....Getting more is always better!

Our little campers are very nice but are also a niche market. Family size pop ups sell very well because people have grown up with them and understand how camping in a popup works. When selling a niche item and wanting full value for it, some marketing skill in making sure the ad properly explains the benefits of your camper will help. Also some patience in warranted to wait until the right buyer comes along.
