Be sure to save a copy of the coupon in case it conveniently gets lost.

With these particular items Amazon is about $34 more expensive than CW. That is, if I actually get the $10 back on the coupon. CW states a return policy of 90 days on unused merchandise, and you can return them to one of their stores, but they deduct the free shipping from your refund. Amazon has 30 days and you have to ship to them. So, that is a consideration. I ordered my generator from Home Depot, who matched Amazon's price, for that reason. If CW had not agreed to the free shipping Amazon would have been a little cheaper and a lot easier to order from.

Ditto and easy returns too. I have Amazon Prime and it has paid for itself several times over in the past few years. I order a lot of small parts stuff from them. I needed a carb overhaul kit for my push mower, local dealer told me it would take 2 weeks to get one in, I had it ordered and on it's way before I left his parking lot. Went to the local CW to top up my LP tank on the motor home, needed a couple of cabinet latches, they were out of stock, and could not give me an ETA. Amazon had them on the way before I left CW.
I have no problem supporting a local business, but they need to have what is needed in stock and at a reasonable price, otherwise they lose.

My camper has never been in a truck stop and never will, have a extra fuel tank, 100 gallon. I have yet to see a cheap Pilot/Flying J. Pilot brought out a Hess station near my house on I-40 and jacked up the price. Three stations selling diesel and all within a penny or two of each other, now Pilot is 12 cent higher than one and 15 cents higher than to other one. And 42 cent higher than one 12 miles away and the ones I quoted are easy to get a fifth wheel in. I don't even bother to look at Pilot/Flying J

And we usually have great customer service at any CW we have visited across the country. Guess we are just lucky

Me too. Was in yesterday looking at new 5ers and buying some sale items. The general manager, sales manager, parts guy, service writer, and the tech that works on my 5er all said hi when they saw me. Maybe it helps that I've purchased my last 2 5ers there, get some service there, and visit the store as well. Always happy when I leave there.

I've had only good experiences at CW as well. I've dumped at the CW in Pooler, GA more than 12 times, all no charge. We have found usable things in their clearance bin for less than $1.00. We bought two recliners at our local CW in Statesville, NC and although I had to pay the freight, it was still cheaper than buying from a distributor in IN. I just bought a RVS back up camera that on sale was $ 75.00 less than I could buy it from RVS direct. They just quoted me 4 hours to install the wired camera and I'm having it installed on Thursday.
I guess I'm just one of the lucky ones and I hope it continues and if it does, I'll keep shopping with them. If it doesn't, I'll look elsewhere..
