Cedar cabin value?
My wife and I have a 2005 Forest River ND39 park model with cedar siding and loft, an awning (not powered), R22 insulation in the ceiling and floor, and water heater upgraded to on on-demand unit.
We've been living in the unit year round for a couple years but now it's time to build a conventional home.
We have a couple people interested in purchasing the unit but I have no idea what to ask. We paid around $48K plus delivery and setup in 2005. I would think $32 to $42K would be about right but I'm not sure. The trailer is in awesome shape, not even a broken window screen.
Does anyone have any advice for me?
