There has been many comments on this forum about Camping world. We have been to the one in Wilsonville, OR, not impressed with their service in the store, never had the occasion to deal with RV sales or repairs.
Now this morning I call the CW in Woodvillage, OR inquiring about some accessories. The phone was answered almost immediately, but that was just an operator. She handed me off to the store accessory department, they never did answer, phone was picked up by woman in parts. She answered my question partly, they have the accessory, didn't know the price, wouldn't go look, just said "they are very busy over there". Now that is customer service at it's best!!
