Fair Price on a 2010 HW276?

First post....

I need to sell my 2010 (delivered in July 2010) Rockwood HW276 and I was looking for some advice on what sites are best for advertising (to capture the right audience) and a fair price. My Camper has all of the normal High Wall Series Standard Features - PLUS:

*Breeze Bathroom Fantastic Fan
*3 Way Refer (gas 110 & 12v)
*18,000 Btu Furnace
*Overhead Kitchen Cabinet
*Hanging Wardrobe
*Heated Mattress
*13,500 Btu Roof A/c
*Option Package 1
*Roof mount 5 bike rack
*Dual 6v golf-cart battery conversion

The Camper has been used twice and is in very good condition. I live on the West Coast (SF Area) what would be a fair and obtainable price given the year, model, options, condition, location and economy.

Not happy about selling it but new priorities dictate that I do. Thanks in advance for your help.

i'd go with the NADA value and see what happens.

i know used hybrids out here fetch top NADA values. not sure about tent trailers though.
but i would think that one in very good shape would hold its value out here.

Thanks for the response. I looked at the NADA values and they seemed high to me. Based on the condition and equpiment the low suggested price in the range was $13.3k. I was expecting it to be around 10k.

Any thought on where on-line to market the trailer?

Really appreciated your thoughts.
