Good Sam Extented Warranty...Good or not?

I just purchased a 2020 Mini Lite 2507s. The dealership offered me a 7 year extended warranty, but I thought the price was outrageous after looking online at other extended warranties that are offered.

One that peaked my attention was from Good Sam. Does anyone have any experience with the Good Sam extended warranty. The dealership stated the Good Sam extended warranty is more like insurance and they can drop you after you make a claim. I find this hard to believe, but wanted to check with the group if this was true and if anyone had any experience using the Good Sam extended warranty.

Thank you

I had Good Sams Extended Service Plan. It came highly recommended by a mobile RV tech in conversation (he wasn’t selling me) and by a repair shop when I used it. They swapped a gray tank to the tube of $1,100 or something like that. Didn’t drop me but I also didn’t have any more service claims.

I have since sold that camper and am shopping for an extended service plan myself. I’m considering “Wholesale Warranties” due to cost and seemingly good reviews.

I have an Extended Warranty through a company called NWAN I purchased with my RV and it's been a savior! Haven't had to worry about anything except a $50 deductible. We purchased a 5th wheel at Noble RV in Jordan MN, they are fantastic! We also were able to get a Lifetime Warranty included in our purchase too. This is our second camper from them!

Good Sam is part of Camping World. Camping World is the sleaziest RV dealership there is. Get an extended warranty through them and you'll regret it the first time you ever have to use it.

Smile Extended Money Grab

You have a new coach so you have a warranty - second I have read the details of all the extended warranties and most of the issues seem to be Pre-Approval.

I decided to take that money and set it into a RV Fix Fund and use it for repairs.

Just my $.02 worth -

Wow! I bet that took a long time to find all the extended warranties much less read them all. I'm impressed.
