Can someone advise me to a reliable and helpful RV dealer?
Thanks.

We need to ask where are you, Im in western NY (Buffalo area). The last time I purchased a new unit I actually drove to a smaller dealer in Rochester just over an hour away. I dealt with a couple of the local dealers, the last unit before this was nothing but a nightmare, the dealership had internal fighting going on over the lemon of a unit I had purchased from them.
At this time with the world of sites like this and the internet you can get some pretty good information about the dealers themselves, I was told on this forum that every camper will have something wrong with it, its what the dealer does for you that makes the purchase and any flaws manageable. READ, READ your warranty and have a full understanding with your dealer before you sign anything. When picking the unit up DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take ownership until it is 100%, this puts pressure on them because they want the units gone as soon as they get them, if you take it with issue you will get the run around.
I'm apprehensive about these online, deliver to your door dealers, not that they don't give you a great price it just makes getting warranty work done trickier and adds another level of BS.
