Anything you do with Good Sam related to insurance or refinancing isn't really through them, they send your info out to their list of lenders/insurance and see who comes back with the best deal. Kind of like AARP. We've used both of them to check out insurance changes and it actually saved us a lot of phone calls talking to to all those companies ourselves. It doesn't hurt to use their resources and save you some time and effort. You don't have to accept any of them if it doesn't work out
