Hope that satisfies your doubts.

Didn’t mean to show doubt, just curious. There is always a story behind story.

I grew up in Pueblo, Colorado.

Deceased wife and I both grew up and were educated there.

Chronologically second wife and I are retired. We are not settled, yet, but have a place in Western WA and a place in Eastern WA, where we keep our 5er.

Currently, avoiding the snow in Eastern WA while deciding if we want to spend our twilight snow birding in our 5er or just what we want to do while house sitting for friends here in AZ.

again, no offense meant.

None taken! Should you wander back through the front range after early 2019, drop us a note, and good luck with your snow-avoidance plan!

Two of my siblings live in the Pueblo area still. I will keep it in mind.

After calling 2 local places that were within 5 miles, I have decided to spend the $4000 on a cement pad & cover. They both wanted about $1600 for the year. If I keep the RV 5 years, and I hope to, then I am way ahead. Good Luck.

not only are you ahead, for both your current rv and any future ones, but you'll have access to water and electricity, and will have an additional 'guest house'... nice.
